Shipping policy

Our handmade pieces of jewelery are sent by courier with insured shipping. Within Germany this service costs 35 € per piece. Within Eu countries this Service costs 39€. Costs for non-EU shipping are calculated and billed individually

By placing the order, customers agree to personal receipt on a delivery day mutually agreed upon. Receipt takes place between 10 a.m. and 5 p.m. Multiple attempts at delivery by the courier will be billed separately. The courier delivers to business and private addresses, name / doorbell must be clearly visible. (e.g. no vacation home). Someone must accept the delivery in person.

Customers may request their own delivery time window at their own expense / additional at additional costs.
